Acting Government of the XIII Legislature

Following the general elections held on 28 April, 2019, and the formation of the two parliamentary chambers, the Lower and Upper Houses of Parliament, the 13th Legislature commenced on 21 May 2019.

The candidate proposed by the King, Pedro Sánchez, does not reach the majority enough to be endowed president and form a government, so he remains Acting President, like his last Cabinet of the XII Legislature.
