For its part, the report of the Supreme Court analyses the activities of this body throughout the year. The Supreme Court is the highest court in civil, criminal, administrative, and labour matters, with jurisdiction throughout the national territory. The document also identifies the measures considered necessary to correct the identified shortcomings.
