The Director-General of the ILO enquired after the socio-labour reforms under way, as well as Spain's ratification of the ILO conventions on domestic workers and harassment and violence at work.
For his part, the President of the Government stressed the need to strengthen social dialogue. He also offered Spain's loyal collaboration to help the ILO promote decent work and social justice - a commitment on which the government will continue to step up efforts.
Pedro Sánchez also expressed his wish to count on the ILO's experience in drawing up the new Workers' Statute being prepared by the Government of Spain.
