This is the second time the two presidents have met, following their first meeting in Madrid in 2017.
During the bilateral meeting, Sánchez conveyed to the President of the Palestinian Authority Spain's interest in promoting peace in the region and recovering a political perspective to implement the two-state solution.
The President also expressed Spain's commitment to the situation of the Palestinian people and to the preservation of a space that is fitting for their civil society, reiterating Spain's support for their leadership and for the Palestinian Authority.
