At this meeting, which formed part of a visit to Catalonia, the President of the Government conveyed the need to embark down a path of dialogue and set a budget capable of leading to stability.

The President of the Government welcomed the interest shown by PIMEC in enhancing Vocational Training in Spain and reiterated the Government of Spain's commitment to moving in that direction.

The taxation of SMEs was also discussed at the meeting, as well as the fight against late payments in the sector and the support for farming cooperatives.
