A first working session analysed the current situation on the ground, providing information that is used by member countries to more effectively address the real and most urgent needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and to programme future aid deliveries more efficiently.
In her speech, Robles wanted first of all to welcome and give her full support to the recently appointed Ukrainian Minister for Defence, Rustem Umerov, who attended this meeting for the first time. Robles also recalled the excellent level of cooperation achieved with his predecessor, Minister Oleksi Reznikov.
