Spain has carried out more than 59.3 million diagnostic tests since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic

In the last week, from 24 to 30 September, the regional governments performed 376,232 PCR tests - an average of 53,747 per day.

In the same period, 24 to 30 September, they carried out 267,482 antigen tests (an average of 38,211 per day). Added to the PCR tests performed, this gives a total of 643,714 tests done in this period, 91,959 per day. This is a 1% increase in the number of tests performed, at a rate of 1259.32 per 1,000 inhabitants.
