This memorandum of understanding will allow Colombian and Spanish students to access higher education institutions in the other country.
They also addressed the inclusion policies deployed in Spain, both at basic levels and in vocational training and universities, to guarantee not only access to quality education for vulnerable groups, but also the educational success of all students.
