The minister referred to the Government's Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, which, through the Strategic Projects for Economic Recovery and Transformation (PERTE), will position Spain at the forefront of strategic areas such as microchips, precision medicine, the aerospace sector, sustainable agri-food and renewable energies.

The government has so far approved ten PERTEs, focusing on key areas for the future and resilience for the Spanish economy.
