Spain is grateful to the United Nations for its mediation and particularly to the Acting Special Representative of the Secretary-General, Stephanie Williams.
The main mission of this transition government will be to hold elections by the end of this year and to forge respect for the ceasefire throughout Libya.
The Government of Spain confirms its full disposition to continue collaborating in stepping up bilateral relations, in culminating the Libyan political process and in constructing a stable and prosperous regional environment.
