Q.- Do you expect to be able to approve the Budget now? It seems that things are looking good. Or do you have the same expectations as Pablo Iglesias?

President of the Government.- I expect to approve it. We will obviously present it. We will do so on 31 March. It is important. For the time being, we are using an extension of last year's Budget. While it is true that there are some things that have already been resolved, such as the ceiling on spending and the whole issue of revenue, I believe it would be good for Spain to have a Budget, because decisions are taken thereunder that affect the lives of our citizens.

We are on the case, talking, speaking and listening. If everyone acts responsibly, it can be approved. It is important to approve it.

Q.- Do you have a good feeling about it?

President of the Government.- I must be cautious. I have neither a good feeling nor a bad one. What I do have is a feeling that we are making an effort and that we will continue making an effort until the very end.
