Government of Spain expresses dismay at collapse of military building in Russia

The Government of Spain expresses its condolences to the authorities and people of Russia following the collapse of military barracks in the city of Svetly, in the region of Omsk, resulting in the death of 23 soldiers and leaving many others injured.

At this painful time, the government conveys its sincere condolences to the families of the victims and wishes those injured a speedy and full recovery.
