The Council of Ministers has approved the Royal Decree-law on urgent social and economic measures to support Ceuta, which will mobilise the equivalent of 16% of Ceuta's GDP, for essential services (€21 million), security (€90 million), reception (€118 million) and relief for businesses and workers (€80 million).
