It will be available to answer calls from both Spanish and British citizens seeking information related to the impact of the UK's exit on 31 January 2020.

The Brexit 060 service will provide information in both Spanish and English, depending on the option chosen by the caller.

To access the service, people who call the 060 telephone helpline, (+34 - 902 887060 if they are calling from abroad) select "Brexit" after the welcome message. A voice automated digital system will guide them simply and intuitively through a range of issues related to Brexit and people's interactions with the public administration.

The main information available will be on the following issues: Residence, Healthcare, Driving Licences, University, Travel and Companies; there will be an additional option for other queries.

Callers will also be able speak to agents in person who will guide them on matters related to Brexit.

The automated messages and the agents can both direct calls to more specialised levels of service when required by the callers' needs.

For all matters related to Spanish nationals resident in the UK, such as documentation, studies, work or business activities, the Brexit 060 service is specifically coordinated with the information services of the Spanish Embassy and Consulate in London. Any new events in Britain will thus be swiftly updated in the 060 telephone service.
