As a vehicle for attaining these goals, Pedro Sánchez outlined the government's main reforms provided for in the Agenda for Change which contains measures to improve infrastructures, combat inequality, guarantee the sustainability of the economy, improve the job market and transform the public administration services into facilitating and dynamic agencies.

He considers transformations to be necessary in the main public fields, such as education, the job market, the financing of the Welfare State, the ecological transition and a constitutional reform that extends rights and binds the country together.

Among other projects, the President of the Government highlighted the reduction in the number of forms of employment contract to three, the action plan on youth employment, boosting dual vocational training, the creation of the Authority to Protect Financial Clients and the National Financial Stability Authority, as well as the Climate Change Act which will be presented before the end of the year.
