We profoundly regret the loss of human life and would ask, Mr President, that you pass on to the families of the victims of these attacks our deepest sympathies, and our best wishes for a speedy recovery to those who were injured.
Colombia will always be able to count on Spain in its fight against terrorism and in its efforts to recover peace and national reconciliation.
