​President of the Government receives President of Honduras

The meeting took place in a warm and friendly environment in line with the excellent relations enjoyed between Spain and Honduras. During the meeting the two leaders reviewed various issues relating to bilateral relations, particularly in terms of trade, investment and cooperation. In this regard, they expressed their satisfaction at the signing on Tuesday of the Country Association Framework agreement, which establishes the lines of work for the next four years.

Furthermore, the President of the Government of Spain and the President of Honduras tackled issued relating to the situation in Latin America and the holding of the upcoming 24th Ibero-American Summit which will take place in Veracruz in December.
