​Spain condemns kidnapping of Minister for Youth and Sport of Central African Republic

The Government of Spain reiterates its call on all parties in the Central African Republic to resolve their differences through dialogue and negotiation, and supports all international and regional initiatives aimed at facilitating reconciliation, peace and stability in the country.
