The Government of Spain expresses its deep regret over the deaths of two people who were working in pursuit of peace and development in Mali. The Government of Spain offers its sincerest condolences to the families and colleagues of the victims, MINUSMA, the UN and the authorities of Burkina Faso, the home country of the two victims.
Spain reiterates its full support for the United Nations mission and the efforts being made by the international community in pursuit of peace, stability and development in Mali.
